Payment Policy

To secure a booking, a deposit is required, which can be refunded if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If the booking is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and another deposit will be needed for future bookings. The balance of the payment is payable on the day of the treatment. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, electronic transfer, cash, Zippay, or Afterpay.

No Show Policy

If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, they will forfeit the deposit and be required to pay in full for any future appointments.

Hygiene Policy

If there are any blemishes, active cold sores, or infections in the area to be treated, we cannot perform the procedure until the area is fully healed. Please inform us when booking if you have any concerns about limitations for treatment.

Complimentary Touch-Up Policy

We offer a complimentary touch-up appointment with all Signature Eyebrow Services. It is recommended to book this appointment 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment to ensure the desired results and longevity of your new tattoo. You must re-book this touch-up treatment within 8 weeks of the initial appointment; otherwise, additional charges may apply.

Gift Voucher Policy

Please choose carefully when purchasing online gift vouchers as we do not offer refunds for them. Our gift vouchers can only be redeemed by the person who purchased them and for the specified treatment or value. Please keep a copy of the voucher emailed to you to present at your appointment. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or services other than the specified value. For any questions regarding our gift vouchers, please contact us before purchasing.

As cosmetic tattooing is a semi-permanent service, outcomes vary for each individual. We provide a thorough consultation before the treatment to ensure your satisfaction, and we do not offer refunds for services provided. We will inform you if you are not suitable for this service and suggest the best alternatives to achieve the desired results.
